Should I lose more weight
I’m currently 5ft6 and 10 stone 10, 18yrs and I’ve lost nearly 4 stone already over the year and my family is saying I don’t need to lose anymore but I still have a pudgy belly and big thighs. I want to tone up aswell so should I also eat less while doing weights ? Or maybe eat more I’m not sure where to go from here but I want to get rid of my belly
