Feeing defeated..
So I workout with a personal trainer and do cardio 4 times a week. I was doing good and lost 7 pounds the first week. I was so strict on my diet. I went out to dinner with family and had a couple of fries, but I had grilled chicken. I weigh myself a couple days later and I gained 3 pounds!!!! Feeling so discouraged.. I feel like I’ll never get out of the 200s area :(
