How much did you dilate at 36 weeks?

Tomorrow I go to my doctors appointment for my first check to see if any dilation has started.
I am 36 weeks 
Just curious when did everyone else start dilating and how much at the beginning?

My doctor ( along with a lot of others) don’t even check for dilation because it doesn’t mean anything. You can go from 0 to baby in a day and you can be 4cm dilated for weeks and still have no baby.

My midwife didn’t even check me at 36 weeks either cause she said it didn’t matter it’s not like they are gonna do anything anyway so she said they don’t start checking you until 39 weeks. But with my first pregnancy the OB doctor I had checked me and I was 1cm and he could feel his head but he said it didn’t mean anything and it didnt 😂😂 so it doesn’t really matter I guess until you’re like in actual labor 😂

I was 3cm at 36 weeks and delivered at exactly 38 weeks!

I didn’t even get checked until my 40 week apt for my second pregnancy. I was 4cm, and had the baby 2 day later naturally. I can’t remember with my first...but I was 13 days past my due date with that one.

I was 3 1/2-4cm ( depended on who checked my cervix) dilated at my 35th week checkup with my son and stayed that way until exactly 38 weeks when I had him.

I sat at a 1 for three weeks. I didn’t progress until I got my epidural, then I went from 2 to 10 in about two hours. Every body is different and like others said, that number doesn’t mean much unless your in labor.

I never dilated until induction. Also there’s no reason to be check for dilation before labor.

I was dilated 1cm at 28 weeks but haven’t been checked since then. I’m 36 weeks today & my doctor said if I make it to 39 weeks he’ll check for dilation but I’m hoping my baby comes way before then lol

2 at 37 and was induced for medical reasons...... baby # 2 im 38 weeks and at a 0 so but you can definitely go from a 0 to something fast so
