Pregnant after baby?

Has anyone ever gotten pregnant right after baby while breastfeeding? Like around 4+ weeks PP??

I found out I was pregnant at my 6 weeks follow up appointment after having my son so yes it can happen

I can imagine it’s very possible. I’ve heard you’re extremely fertile afterwards. I would also be cautious about sexual activity before 6 weeks PP unless your doctor has given the clearance for it
