Update please help me out

Ok ladys about two weeks ago i take a pregnancy test and it was positive.. So i called my obgyn just to get blood work done to make sure.. I did the blood work Friday will i got on my app for my obgyn and it showed this.. Does this just mean they have my results or does it mean i really am pregnant..

Update: blood pregnancy test came back negative but yesterday i started spotting so i thought it was my period but today im still spotting not even enough spotting for a pad.. Can some tell me if this is impulse bleeding
