Possibility?

Is it possible I could still end up getting my period and not being pregnant? Has anyone ever had false positive test? I’ve taken 3 first response test and they’re all showing FAINT lines. I’m just worried this could be just late period😩😩 I’m really worried and scared. I just want this to be it for us..

I’ve been really nauseous, SUPER tired, heavy tingly boobs and white cm. I had small pinching cramps in the bottom of my stomach a few days ago but I haven’t had any sign of my period. I had LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT pink small amount of blood almost 9 days ago. 13 days post ovulation. 4 days late.
