Freaking out

Im 21 and i have a baby girl who is 5 months. Her dad and I aren’t together. I have been dating my current boyfriend for a while now and I’m pregnant and due May. I’m so nervous. How is it like having two babies back to back like that? I also had an emergency c section with my first. Would I have to have a repeat c section?
