My best friend of 4 years is constantly on her phone when we hang out. She’s usually really fun to be around and a great friend but then she’ll just close herself off, go on her phone, and read manga or text her other friends for long periods of time when we’re together. Sometimes I ask her to stop or try to get her attention but she just yells at me or makes an excuse, acting like I’m being rude and have no right to ask her to stop. I usually drop it at that point and wait for a while (maybe 10-20 minutes) for her to be done bc I don’t wanna argue. How do I handle this situation? Or am I being too needy and overreacting? Agghh please help 😭
