Did anyone else faint from IUD insertion?

Almost and I'm really glad I'm not alone. I have bad reactions to pain and it hurt!

I didn’t actually faint but I sure felt like I was going to. I was okay u til I stood up to leave the drs office and I got super lightheaded and shaky

How did it hurt? Mine felt like a small pinch and then over? I always hear women talk about how painful it is but I didn’t even notice mine. To be fair I did just have a baby a couple months prior to having it inserted.

I sure did, when I woke up I had to chew ice chips to stay awake

I didnt faint but it hurt so bad !!

No but if you still feel dizzy past 30 mins after insertion the doctor needs to check placement as the iud may not be in place.

I started to cry and I covered my face. The (male) doctor was being very rough and rather cold towards me. He yanked my hand from my face and said (to an assistant) “Ohh great, she’s crying now”. He was so mean after that I’ve been kinda scared to get it removed
