How do you keep going?
Just wanted to know how everyone stays positive and copes with a loss or multiple losses. I feel like my grief is taking over my mind and my life. Some days I’m fine and other days things trigger me like being where my miscarriage happened or seeing a colleague who’s just starting to show. My pain is raw and I feel like it’s my own. DH didn’t express grief when the miscarriages happened and doesn’t talk about it much. 😢😢😢
