2 year check up?

What happens at the 2 year check up? I have to reschedule my sons and don’t even know if it’s necessary

We just went this morning! 
They did height, weight, temp. Doctor came in and did a physical exam (just listening with the stethoscope and looking in the ears), autism screening (my sons is a big talker, interacts appropriately, and follows directions - so there were no red flags there), and then discussed any concerns/questions we might have. Now he doesn’t have to go back for a well visit until 3 years old. No shots was a plus too!

We’re following the CDC vaccine schedule so looks like we’re not due for any shots, but we will be getting our flu shots. My daughter sees a doctor at the same family practice where I go for my own medical care so since I’m pregnant I’m also getting a TDAP booster... so I guess the appointment will be more for me than for my daughter 😂😂 
My daughter turned 2 on the 19th but our appointment isn’t until September 7

For us they did height, weight, and a bunch of questions for autism screening.  Then the standard checks like ears, throat, lungs, heart, etc... No shots but they did get blood (via finger prick) to run a CBC to test for anemia (they said it was standard to do that).

No shots for us. They asked a bunch of questions about her development. I guess screening for autism and other things. Checked height, weight, ears, teeth. They did put the fluoride treatment on her teeth. All around she didnt have a good time.

They just check height  weight  i believe and see how their stats  are.  If you're all caught  up on vaccines they probably  won't get any,  i have my daughter's on Friday,  but that's what the dr said.
