Ok so i had a ultrasound today & was told she is measuring at 32 weeks i thought i was 30. . . i ended up a labor and delivery because of my blood pressure & i gotta go back every week. Does my due date change or stay the same ?

Umm heartrate doesn't determine anything about GA. And also depends on how you're gonna give birth (c section vs natural)

They can’t tell gestational age by heart rate. If anything they probably meant that her heart rate has good acceleration. If anything they will keep a look out for your blood pressure and rule out preeclampsia. Sometimes they start people on BP medications. If they need to induce then they can at 37 weeks which is considered full term.

They won’t change your due date. You might just be measuring big because your baby is a little bigger than average which is fine. All our babies eventually start veering from average based on genetics. Unless your doc is concerned, it isn’t an issue.
