Confused

I was having pregnancy symptoms such as, tiredness, heavy sore breasts, and nausea on and off all day about 4-5 days before AF was due. I started my period 3 days early, heavy and regular but more little clots than normal and a little tissue. My firtile window starts tomorrow and yet I'm still nauseous on and off, headaches, tired, and heavy and sore breasts. I don't know what to make of all this as I don't normally feel all of that during AF not to mention I'm still feeling it almost 2 weeks later.... Any insights?
