Has anyone done the 3 hour glucose test?

I just got told i need to go in and take the 3 hour glucose test but I also have never done this one before

Its really not that bad. Just make sure your phone is fully charged and maybe read a book.

I did cause my first one came back a few points higher than it should’ve. I personally hated the drink, way to sweet and since you can’t eat beforehand I had bad acid reflux from it for a couple days afterwards. It’s not horrible getting your blood drawn every hour but definitely have someone to keep you company or things to do since you can’t be up and moving during the test.

I did. My first one came back borderline so I had to do the three hour. It was mostly just boring.

Yep did it last Friday! It isn’t that bad just take a snack for after you finish. I actually had sugar crash and almost passed out

It’s extremely boring and I was starved by the end of it. Definitely bring a book.

I just did it last Friday. I was nervous about it because I hate blood draws but it wasn’t that bad... just a little bit at a time and I got used to it by the last one. I was also nervous about fasting so long and just having that drink in my stomach but I felt completely fine. I just watched shows on my phone to keep me entertained. The whole process lasted from 8 am until 1145 am.

I had to (even though I passed my first test)
It’s not terrible. The drink is even sweeter than the first drink and waiting around to have your blood taken every hour sucks... but over all wasn’t terrible.
