Anyone had this happen af then a vfl

Just wondering if anyone can help my confused mind rite now
I got my af on cycle day 28 rite on time which was also 11dpo
Tested yesterday bfn and day b4 bfn all with fmu.. today being cycle day 3 I tested with 2nd morning urine and got this vfl. .I'm just wondering would blood in a urine cause a false vfl on
Is it even possible to get a period and then a positive test?? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated 😊
