Running on auto pilot

They found a tumor in my mom's lung. I'm an only child. I have 2 girls. So it all falls on me and Dad. I finally convinced myself to get a shower. I have no words. We almost lost my dad a few years ago. I'm just running in auto pilot and holding this together for my little family. She has MS and nearly wheelchair dependent already. We're waiting to hear if it's cancer.
