Contractions make me need to pee 😳

I have IU so I’ve been having contractions every 5-15 minutes for days now. As they’ve gotten more intense, I feel like I’m going to lose control of my bladder with each one, which is not good because I can’t rush to the toilet when they come on and neither can I piss myself while at work 😂
