It's an old wives tale, but in order to eat enough of it for the old wives tale to be true, you'd have to eat the equivalent of like 8 pineapples. Don't do that to your enamel please 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

I've herd if you're going to try you need to eat the entire core because it has the highest concentration of whatever it is that will supposedly jump start the labor.

I don’t care if it starts labor or not, I usually ate a whole pineapple every week before getting pregnant 😂 so now I’m just back to that!
