When to start exercising?

When can I start exercising after having a miscarriage and a D&C procedure? I want to get rid of my belly fat & gut but don't want to end up hurting myself.

My doctor told me to wait until after my three week check up with him for any excerising. I couldn’t even pick up more than ten pounds at work. If I did I was having uterus pain 🤷‍♀️. Might have just been me but I’d ask the doctor !

I have heard once you have stopped bleeding/spotting, you’re good to go. I’m trying to figure this out for myself as well.

When I lost my first I started to workout again after a month.

I think I waited at least a week maybe even 2 weeks because I wasn’t sure. But I don’t remember having much pain afterwards either and bleeding stopped within a week. Did they give you any discharge instructions/paperwork after the surgery?
