I’m 6 weeks, 2 days pregnant. I started the year off by losing 25 pounds, of the 50 pounds I’ve gained in the last 2.5 years. We went on our honeymoon in May(also when we started trying for baby), and all of my good habits I had formed went out the window, and I gained 20 of those pounds back.

We got pregnant after trying for 3 months, and I’m feeling extremely insecure and worried, because I wanted to lose weight, but instead I gained weight. I’m trying my hardest to exercise daily, but I’ve been extremely exhausted the past few days, which has made it tough. I’m also trying to only eat veggies, fruits, grains, protein, and dairy. Any tips for me to help me and my baby be healthy? Here’s a pic of my belly at 6 weeks. Ignore my cellulite 😰
