What are these spots my babies face and head is covered in them. They have white heads in the middle and looks quite red. He broke out in a rash over his body last week so had been talking an antihistamine for that. His body is now clear but his face is getting worse everyday. They are even under his hair and his ears. I don't use any products on him just plain water cause he's so sensitive. I'm going to try putting breast milk in them tonight. Any other suggestions of what it could be or ideas to clear them up?
