A couple of days ago I had this real bad case of vomiting and diarrhoea.... today although I am ok and eating no problem I still have these horrible gas pains around my abdomen.

On top of that I think I am panicking over the fact that, because of this damn pain I do not feel very pregnant, but instead I feel rather miserable....

I keep having these bad feelings of my baby is not there anymore and so on....

I saw a HB at 6w6d and all looked fine, felt pregnant until I got sick...not is all weird pains around. No cramps, only sore tits and hunger galore 😭

Am I being a total drama queen ?
