Sharp pain in boob ?

Hello everyone,
I’m 15w3d and am experiencing a sharp shooting pain in my left boob only. It’s also very warm and the pain comes and goes every few minutes. Anyone experience this or know what it could be? 🙁

I have been going through it scent about 15 weeks and I'm almost 21. My OB said it's was my boobs getting ready for the milk. Told me to get tight fitting sports bras and to use an ice pack. That seems to be working for me.
