I had my hair dyed for the first time, i am 30 years old. I made sure I went to a good place had really good reviews. I made the mistake of wearing a white shirt. The person got dye on my shirt as well as specks on my pants. I was wearing the black plastic around my neck, but half way in he chose to take it off? He did a great job on my hair, but my clothes are ruined and they were new. He saw that it got on my shirt and he said to use bleach and he wiped my pants. But stain is still there. What should I do?
