HOW OFTEN DO YOU USE FETAL DOPPLER?

I’ve just got a doppler and have found baby’s heartbeat two days in a row..Wondering if I should hold off now for a while or how often other moms have used it ???

I bought the Doppler after multiple missed miscarriages. I’d love to have the assurance of not bleeding in order to wait until doctors appointments, but my body doesn’t let me know once baby’s not alive anymore....I know not finding the heartbeat and freaking out is a concern for some moms but not hearing it for weeks and weeks just isn’t an option when you’re suffering from the PTSD of repeated loss...

I used it weekly at first but by the time I felt baby moving regularly throughout the day, I never really used it anymore.  Maybe 3 times since.

Used it almost daily because I never felt him move but lately he's moving around and kicking like crazy so now I do it once a week if that.

I wouldn't do it at all. But that's just me. I would wait for doctors to do it. To much can be bad for baby

My doctor can rarely get baby to cooperate long enough to use a doppler and has had to repeatedly resort to ultrasound so there's no way I would attempt it at home and just freak myself out.

Research it a bit. A lot of sites claim it can over expose the baby to some kind of waves that aren’t healthy in high doses. Idk bc I never used it for that reason.
