One child’s middle name as the baby’s first name? L

We are currently expecting our 3rd girl, all will be very close in age. My husband loves our (soon to be) middle daughters middle name as the baby’s first name. Would this be very strange? There’s no significance to the name otherwise, it’s just one we loved 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think it’s unfair to both children. They deserve their own separate names.

It's very unoriginal. Once I was in a license office and this lady in front of me was getting health cards or birth certificates or something for her daughters. She literally named them the same but reverse. So one had a first name of the others middle name and then the opposite for the second... (example Ann Marie and Marie Ann). like no, this is ridiculous, give each child their own identity

I know someone who used their son’s middle name as their next daughter’s first name. They used it for the son because they thought they may not have more children but when they found out they were having a girl, that’s who the mom had always hoped to use it for.
