I ended up with an emergency C-section after several hours at 10cm pushing. Baby just never dropped down or descended. She just stayed high and nothing moved her down.

I'm now 7 weeks from my due date with my second and wondering if there's anything I can do before labor starts to encourage this one to move downwards?

I think I'm pretty knowledgeable about what to do during labor to encourage him but I'm more wondering if there's anything at all I can do a few weeks before to help my chances of avoiding another C-section for the same reason as they have told me it's quiet likely that I'll have the same issue again.

Very welcome to all suggestions, even old wives tales as I'm desperate to give myself and baby boy the best chances of a natural delivery.
