Confused and need opinions

Hi

Well my last period was 30th July ( I have a 27 day cycle) and I bled for 3 and half days which is normal for me and last week on cd 20 which was 18 days after my period I got a blazing positive... now the real question is could I get a positive that early?!!!! As my period was due yesterday which was 7 days after the blazing positive... or do you thing I’m far a long and might have been pregnant from last month?? I’m confused and irritated that I don’t know and my doctors appointment is not till next week... anyone have any opinions
