Frustrated baby

Is anyone else's baby frustrated cause they can't crawl yet? Sam hates being held or being restricted like in his high chair, car seat or pram. He just wants to move! He started army crawling yesterday which has sort of helped but he literally will not sit still for more than 10 seconds before he gets cranky. He is also teething but he's been like this even when he wasn't teething. If he's in his high chair he will have about 2 teaspoons of food before he starts getting cranky and tried to escapes, even though he is still hungry. The only way to get him to eat is to feed him outside so he is distracted and watches the dogs play. If we go for a walk he will crack it after 10 minutes. 😩 I hope this is a phase!
