How many naps a day for baby?

On average how many naps a day does your baby take? Is there any consistency yet????? I am dying for consistency for naps. I feel like she is all over the place. Am I the only one??

The number of naps doesn’t matter, you just want to make sure the wake windows in between each nap are the right time for their age. If my baby sleeps over 12 hours at night he only needs 2 naps if they are a decent length. If he gets up early or has shorter naps he has 3. Here’s the chart for how long your baby should be awake for in between naps according to age :)

First nap 10am-12pm, second nap 2:30pm to 3:30pm, third nap 6-7pm than asleep by 8pm. He’s been pretty consistent on this for a few months.

Mine is still all over the place!’ I plan outings around driving so she could sleep or else I’d get no errands or any walks in all day . She does nap two hrs after she wakes for only 30 mins the rest of the day is a free for all. Just turned 5 months

Mine is on 3-4 naps, they last around 15 minutes to 45 minutes each
He goes for a nap every 2 hours

Wakes up around 7:30, naps around 10:30, 2, and 5 then to bed at 7:30-8.
Pretty much 3 hours then she gets fussy and we rock her to nap and they are around 30-45 minutes long.

He sleeps from 8:30-9:00 ish. 1st nap at 11:00 ish. 2nd nap at 3 ish. That's our basic schedule, but it's fairly flexible.
