Okay so my oldest daughter has always had a struggle with math which is okay it happens and we work on it buuut despite being in constant contact with my daughters teachers we didn’t know it was this bad. So we got some test results back from start of school testing and my daughter is in 6th grade and preforming at a 4 grade second quarter level. How do you not notice,inform that my child is having this much struggle? How the heck did my kid get passed from 5th to 6th if she is struggling this much?

They have never indicated she’s struggling this much and never gave home work her 5th grade year so we had nothing to judge for our selfs off of . Her math grade has always been c+to a b which is fine as it’s always been her rough subject .

But am I crazy to think something is not right at the school given the information provided?
