If you're still having pain this far out you absolutely should see a doctor. That isn't normal.

I was only uncomfortable for the rest of that day after the procedure and had extremely minimal spotting for 2 days (like almost nothing) and didn't have any pain or cramps or anything. I would definitely get checked out. It shouldn't still be affecting you 6 months later.

You shouldn’t have discomfort for more than a few days.  Has your period changed?  Lighter or shorter or more painful.  Could be Asherman’s brought on my D&C.  They can test for it by hysteroscopy.  It’s basically scar tissue from the D&C that needs to be removed (if that’s it).
