Ladies help please

HELP!!!!!!I recently m/c last month......ive been waiting for my period and 4days ago I started to spot that was the 25th the Blood on the pad embarrassingly look like shit the next day that was on the 26th the next day on the 27th I went to the GYN cuz I thought I had a yeast infection which I didn't but the doctor said I see a tiny tiny drop of blood it looks old now today nothing could that have been my. Coming back for 2 days very little or what?

PS I also had complication the whole five months I was pregnant I bled the whole five months because my platelets were low the blood was always Brown though after I lost the baby the blood stopped like I said on the 25th when I wiped I saw very dark brown and on the 26th I had a pad on and it was full with dark dark dark brown blood also ladies I have been waiting for my cycle so I can start TTC someone help
