Flat spot, should I get a 2nd opinion?

My mom, mother in law, and pediatrician all think this will disappear with time and continual rotation. He hardly sleeps on his right side, he mostly prefers his left side and has since his torticollis improved around 2.5 months. Up till then I CONSTANTLY moved his head to get it off that side. And do as much as I can now. I think it looks bad still but I definitely tend to be overly paranoid!!!! Wondering if anyone had similar situation and their babies heads were rounded out with time? He sits up all the time and is constantly in walker, bouncer, etc. Should I give it more time? My husband went bald in his early 20's and so did his father, so I want my son to like his head if he ever does go bald! Last pic because I think he's the cutest thing in the world. 😍
