8 week 2 day loss

Well today I had my first Ob appt. 5 weeks 4 days I had an early ultrasound due to previous ectopic. Thankfully it was in the right spot and there was a gestational sac and yolk sac. Well today it had not progressed so I am now awaiting my body to naturally miscarry. I am beyond hurt and disappointed why me, what did I do wrong, will I ever be able to carry a child. The drs said my anatomy is great. I am so depressed and in such a state of upset. If anyone can give words of encouragement as to how you coped with this I would appreciate it more then anything right now
