I just got my calendar and am scheduled to have an FET on 9/12. I am supposed to be going to training for work on 9/15. If I reschedule (which will not be easy) it will have to be done by 8/30 before a lining check. Would you reschedule?

Unless you have to do anything strenuous or heavy lifting then you are fine to go to work 3 days later
