I’m 13 and every time I try to talk to a guy I mess it up and I normally don’t do stuff like this irl. At my school there’s this guy I kinda have a crush on and I’m terrified to talk to him because he hangs out with some kids that have bullied me in the past. He would always stand up for me when his friends would push me around and call me names. I’ve sent dm’s on insta and added him on snap but he hasn’t viewed my dm’s or added me back. I’ve actually never had a boyfriend, kissed anyone, or even held hands with anyone before. I’m kinda just a socially awkward choir nerd. He sits next to me in math and I want an excuse to talk to him. Can anyone please help me. Sorry if this was confusing.

UPDATE: Today I had to number sheet music for the choir and missed math so the next time I saw him I asked if I had missed anything. He shook his head no and Wales away. I don’t think he even wants to talk to me.
