I identify as a lesbian, but I met a guy that I want to date and have sex with. (more in description) Am I still lesbian?

So, I just moved to college for my freshman year.  And met this guy that I actually think is really hot and I kinda want to date and have sex with him.  He's the first guy I've ever actually wanted to date and have sex with.
I'm definitely attracted to women, but I like this guy, and I know that means I'm technically bisexual.  But I still identify more with being a lesbian.

I identify as pansexual, but like men, transwomen & nonbinary people. I don't normally like women.

I can't tell you your sexuality, but to me it seems like you are probably bi and have a very strong female preference. I say I'm bi but my attraction is like 90% (women) /10% (men). And I'm being generous with the men percentage. I don't find men attractive that often, so I say I'm bi with a female preference. Id say call yourself what makes you comfortable, but some may be confused if you are dating a guy and still saying you're a lesbian.

You’re bisexual. You can’t be a lesbian while being with a man you’re “attracted” to. That’s what sexuality is about, “attraction”. Being bisexual means you’re attracted to both. 
Bisexuality can be a spectrum where you lean more towards a certain gender. Saying you’re a lesbian while dating a man is like saying you’re vegan while eating meat.

why do you guys like labeling yourselves that much? i had a girlfriend who forced me to "identify as lesbian" because it made her feel bad to think i was attracted to boys too. just live your life and let yourself love who you wanna love; i PROMISE you'll be happier

You can identify with whatever label makes you feel most comfortable! And if you do end up being bisexual, don’t feel like you were lying to yourself for saying you were lesbian. Sexuality is fluid and can always change!! ❤️🏳️‍🌈
