Fiance mad he want sex....

So I been having little light spotting and sometimes after sex I may spot. I don't know if I be getting so into it I go hard or my fiance loving pregnant coochie alot that he keeps begging to put it in or let me just put the head in. Bad as I love this man I love my little bean more and you will think from our past he would just let me live and be very cautious. So lastnight he made plans to have sex i made plans to eat dinner and go to sleep I be very tired at night. He didn't get any but when I asked him to hold me he said no. Don't care im not kissing your ass. Ladies have your hubby been into sex more now that your pregnant or want it more?? Like what can I do?? Is there any positions that may not cause me to spot until my appt the 5th???????
