I just woke up to pee and when I wipe I see this. I don’t have any cramps but I did notice my breast stopped hurting a few days ago. I’m nervous because this is bright red. Does this look like a miscarriage?

UPDATE: So I came into the ER, they drew my blood, preformed a PAP and completed a transvaginal ultrasound. Baby is good, growing accordingly and has a healthy heartbeat of 170 but I have a hematoma.
