So my boyfriend accepted a job in Washington state yesterday. Unfortunately, that on the complete opposite side of the country for me. Well we talked about us and he said that he doesn’t want to do the long distance thing.

So I’m kind of lost and don’t know what to do. We both agreed that we love each other and everything, but he doesn’t believe that long distance relationships work.

I’m still visiting him here while he’s in town and talking to him every day that I normally do. He even wants me to take vacation time off work to visit him next year.

I just don’t know how to handle all of this really because I honestly have been planning a future with him. I can’t go with him because I just started a new job this month and I just started school on Monday.

My heart just hurts and I don’t know how to process all of this.
