Ok so I had my daith piercing done on Saturday.

First pic was after, second pic is today after cleaning.

Was told to not touch the jewel itself but to do a salt bath twice a day for 4 weeks then once a day for 4 weeks and to go change the jewel then.

My question is, how do I clean it properly if I'm not allowed to touch the jewel because I have dried blood inside and it's kind of itchy now.

I think it's a little bit swollen but not red, not smelly and nothing coming out of it (moved it a few times by mistake and only dry blood is coming out)

I obviously cant see what I'm doing with it so I'm relying on my husband, who knows nothing about piercing 🤣

It's still a tiny bit sore when I clean it but otherwise nothing else.

What should I do? Should I move it everytime I clean it or not? I'm so confused 🤔🤔
