Nervous ...

I had a miscarriage in May 2015. We waited a few cycles to start trying again. I am now pregnant due May 2016 😀because of the miscarriage they wanted to do an ultrasound early. Had one yesterday 7w1d and they called to go over the results and think that I may have an eptopic but in the uterus. I'm so confused and couldn't  get any type of straight answer from the dr as to what that meant. All she could tell me was that they couldn't get the photos that they wanted because my uterus seems to be tilted. She also said that it appears the sac attached at the top of my uterus when it normally doesn't do that. I'm going back for a follow up ultrasound on Tuesday . Anyone have a similar situation? If so did everything go normal and carry full term ?
