I’m a little over 11 weeks pregnant. Over the past few days, I’ve had sharp pains in my lower abdomen. Sometimes right where the baby is. They are not constant and they don’t last very long. My hips are beginning to hurt as well. I’ve had absolutely no bleeding during this pregnancy, but I read that sometimes miscarriages are not accompanied with bleeding. Should i be worried or does this sound like normal growing pains?
