Anyone have hyperthyroidism first trimester?

What were your symptoms? I’ve been having heart palpitations, shortness of breath, constant dizziness and insomnia for the last week. I know this stuff can also mimic regular pregnancy so seeing what symptoms someone had who was diagnosed with it? Getting checked for it today.
