Baby registry

Any ideas were I can share my registry besides social media . I trying to keep quiet about this pregnancy because of two losses and I gave away some of the things that I had for my other pregnancy I’m not having a baby shower because I only have 3 close friends and my brother and sister as my family . .. any advice would be great
