Early pregnancy abdominal cramping

Anyone have lower abdominal pain early in their pregnancy? My HCG levels yesterday were 32 so the doctor thinks I am very early in the pregnancy. I’m afraid this might be a bad sign (chemical, miscarriage). But I took another test this morning and it seems to be darker. How long did cramping last?
