Nervous help

Ok so I’m sorry about these photos I know it’s gross but I’m so worried. Yesterday I had pink bleeding it was a small amount and then today I’ve had this discharge. I’m 13 weeks. My doctors said to call if anything else happens but I can’t relax about it. I’ve also been having back pain mid back. What do you think? Is this normal?
