We have been ttc for 5cycles now. I already have 2 children from a previous marriage and he doesn't have any. He has wanted his own children for so long . I can't wait for it to happen to us . I bought a tshirt online that says "this guys going to be a Daddy" with the thumbs pointing in. Once I finally get that BFP I will gift that to him. Or he is always kissing me all over the place maybe I'll do a "please kiss my neck, now kiss my lips, etc now kiss your baby"

My husband was home when I took the test it came up a really dark positive before the time and I yelled from the bathroom "bring me the other test!" He responded with "what no save it for tomorrow" then in my angry voice I said "bring it here NOW!" he brought it and the same thing happened, a strong and fast positive. He was so excited but I was in doubt because it sounded too good to be true now I'm 15 weeks with our triplets

I left the test on the bathroom counter so he could find it when he came home from work. He kind of just stood there in shock with a dorky grin on his face. I wish I had my camera ready.

When I found out I was pregnant (with the baby we miscarried) I was in the bathroom and just started laughing and crying all at the same time and I threw open the door proclaiming it before even getting off the toilet.  I am testing Monday and praying for our sticky bean.  This time I will test after he leaves for work and I will tell him by getting 2 big pumpkins carving one with a heart and writing Mommy on it with a baby pumpkin inside and will write daddy on the other big pumpkin without carving it.  This is perfect as my hubby's favorite time of the year is now! 😃

Our 2 year old son ran out to him with my positive test in his hand shouting surprise! It took him a few seconds to get the test from our son 😂 he just said NO WAY!! Over and over 💙

I took an 88 cent test one day just because it was an impulse thing that I wantes to do and I say the faintest second line. I showed my husband, and said we will wait do do a digital test but do normal pregnancy tests for a week. He wanted to be in the bathroom with me when I did the digital, once it said pregnant, he started to tear up and hugged me for about 5 minutes.

I told him, I'm pregnant! From the toilet lol. We had a m/c last year before our wedding (unexpectedly got pregnant on the pill!) so I think we were afraid to get too excited until that first ultrasound.

He had suspicions before I tested. We were at his inlaws (stayed there for a few months between houses) and he was talking to his brother as I snuck into the bathroom with two tests. I snuck back to the bedroom, and put them on his pillow. He jokingly asked "what does that mean" and said he figured I was.

Since it took so long to get a bfp (5 yrs 1 month) he wanted to be present every time I tested. When we got our first bfp in June I didn't think much of it. I knew af was due and didn't feel like she was coming. So I said let's grab a test for the hell of it. Got home. Peed. Sat it down and walked away for 5 minutes. Sent him in to look but told him not to get his hopes up (every single test in the past 5 years had been negative, why should this one be any different?) I was shocked when he came out saying there was a second line. We sat in the bathroom staring at it for about 20 minutes like can this be real? Is this really happening? Tested again the next morning. It was still there. Tested again with 4 other tests over the next few days. Finally sank in that it was real. Made an appointment at women's care. Unfortunately I miscarried at 5 weeks. 3 cycles since, tested every single cycle. Nothing but negatives. Next time we get a positive, I won't be able to hide it from him because he still wants to be here when I test.
