Every morning I feel my heart start to race. It’s feels like my heart is going to pump out of my chest and I feel short of breath and kind of just funny all over when it happens. I’m 39 weeks and 2 days. It’s happened pretty much since the second trimester but this past week or so seems to be worse. I mentioned it to my dr and she said it’s usually related to acid reflux/heart burn and didn’t seem to concerned. They never check my heart rate when I go to my appts only the baby. I checked my heart rate with my watch a couple times and below are some of the results. That is resting heart rate. Have any of you experienced this during pregnancy and what did you do about it?
